Tenant Relation Officer

Responsibilities:
- To monitor and to check daily all mall facility confirm running wel, and if having a problem coordinate with Building Maintenance to check and repair
- To report monthly tenant’s store condition (shop performance, facility, equipment, fire safety, display etc.) and monitor all in good condition
- To keep good relationship with all departments, to develop program for increasing tenant’s sales, coordinate with related dept., coordinate and review improvement made by tenants, handling tenant’s problem, handling issues related to operational tenants and cooperate with tenant to conduct program for increasing sales
- To prepare, coordinate and monitor all items related to special event conducted by Retail Dept. (Tenant Award, Midnight Shopping, etc.)
- To monitor operational implementation in order to confirm all runs following SOP (Take Over, Transfer of Lease Agreement, Alteration Electricity, Tenant Downsizing, Early Termination, etc.
Requirements:
- Male 25-30 years old
- Min. S1 in majoring Marketing / Communication / Management
- Min 1 years experienced
- Good command of English – both spoken & written
- Leadership, Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation Skill, teamwork & Able to use MS Office
