We are importer of high end decorative product, mainly artificial flowers, trees and plants that look like their real counterparts and we sell them in Indonesia through our retail store. Blomst which is located at Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. Our clients include 5 star hotels business center, airports and high end residential areas. Store Supervisor Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Responsible for leading day to day operations including sales, service, logistics, inventory, finance (cash register and petty cash), monitoring of activities in showroom area, and employees discipline. Increase sales to exceed annual sales targets through creativity and effective use of all resources, including effective leadership, neatness of product display, and services that exceed customer expectations. As a point of communication between the showroom and H.O, so company's strategy can run well and company's target can be achieved in a short time. Requirements: Male/Female, 22-30 years old Min S1, background as Interior Design or Visual Merchandiser is a plus 1 years experience in same position Result Oriented, discipline, firm, organized, empathy towards others and having an entrepreneur spirit.
