Mining Operation Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the entire aspects of mining operation, from mine planning, production, processing, hauling and shipping.
• To manage and develop his subordinate.
• To maintain relationship between company and its surounding.
• To ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years experience in the same position. out his tasks.
• Willing to work in east Kalimantan.
• Must posses KTT / POU certificate
• Computer literates.
• Good English.
• Graduate from Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering.
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate.
• Strategic and ability to lead and motivate group.
