District Sales Manager
Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Kalimantan Selatan,

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
• Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
• Work closely with the country management team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
• Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
• Make sure that all sales activities complied with related policy and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture
• Preferably 5 years experiences in Pesticide industry.
• Strong drives to lead, coach, and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales.
• Willing to be assigned at one of the prescribed locations as mentioned above

Territory

• West Java, based in Bandung
  Central Java, based in Semarang
  South, East & Central Kalimantan, based in Banjarmasin
