Responsibilities:
- Plays the role of Indonesia commercial contact for Specialty materials’ customers and channel partners.
- Develop a strong relationship with our key customers with the objectives of growing market share and profitably through innovations and new product developments.
- May require cross selling actively among the Specialty Materials businesses.
- Excellent initiative in exploring new opportunities and a fast mover in execution of strategies set by the business team.
- Manage channel partners, lead and work closely with them to match the business objectives.
- Provide periodic tracking reports and development activities progress updates.
- Require good team spirit as the job requires the individual to work closely with cross functional team and divisions like marketing, technical and other support functions.
- Actively using business IT tools for opportunities updating, call reports, demand forecast, etc
- Provide a timely competitive assessment in local markets within the specified business segments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Good initiative adn willing to work hard
- Enjoy sales development role and new challanges
- Ability to work independently with sufficient guidance and support
